Karen has over 30 years’ experience in human resources and was Head of HR and HSE for our James Heal brand before being promoted to the role of Group Head of Human Resources and HSE in March 2022.
Karen has an MBA and MA from the University of Huddersfield and is a chartered member of the CIPD. Responsible for human resources and health and safety across the PPT Group.
This background enhances her role as a champion of culture, change management, and high-performing teams, with a keen focus on developing future leaders. Karen's people-centric approach has been instrumental in fostering growth and leadership within the company.
