With over fifteen years of experience managing commercial teams within the manufacturing sector, Samantha (Sam) has played a pivotal role in various capacities throughout the PPT Group.

Sam joined James Heal in 2020 and has since contributed significantly as the UK Commercial Manager and Group Head of Service & Calibration.

Currently, she serves as the Commercial Director for the James Heal brand and oversees the Marketing function for the group, demonstrating her extensive expertise and commitment to excellence.
